History and Mission

As a national leader in the student loan industry, IDAPP originates over $1 billion annually and provides exceptional services to students, schools and lenders throughout the nation. Currently, we service loans for over 190 lending institutions, as well as work with 18 different guaranty agencies and 11 service centers.

We’re a state agency that provides Federal Stafford, Federal PLUS and IDEAL Alternative/Private Loans to borrowers. Our exceptional service record and outstanding array of products makes IDAPP the best choice for educational financing needs. We use our resources to provide students with outstanding repayment incentives, customer service, loan consolidation and alternative loans.

When working with colleges and universities, our team of loan experts uses a consultative approach. We design and customize our services around the specific needs of students and administrators at each college or university. By sending quarterly customer surveys to borrowers and administrators, we are able to closely monitor our services and performance. The results have proven that our high quality of service and array of products consistently meet the needs of both students and schools.
